Here are a few reminders for students throughout the school year:
1. Wear tennis/running shoes for PE.
2. Dress appropriately for the weather. Weather permitting, classes are held outside as well as inside.
3. Come ready to be active, learn new skills, and work cooperatively with others.
4. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.
5. Eat a well balanced diet and drink your milk.
6. Remember our 6 guiding principles: SAFETY, RESPECT, EFFORT, INTEGRITY, RESPONSIBILITY, and TEAMWORK!!
7. You will need a signed note to be excused from activity.
